Hey I have never had this problem before with all earlier versions of Adobe Audition. I just bought CS5.5 and tried to load the Waves plug ins I always use and they do not all load into the program. Some do load in, but unfortunatly not the ones I use most often. Any Ideas?

Please list which specific ones do load, and which specific ones don't load.  Do you get an error message or something?

MaxxVolume stereo, SSLChannel stereo, SSLComp Stereo, SSLEQ Stereo, Tune Stereo, VComp Stereo, VEQ3 Stereo, VEQ4 Stereo, Z-Noise Stereo...those all load up but none of them work. When I scan for plugins most of the time a pop-up will come up saying it can't find any Waves plug-ins or Adobe will freeze and shut down and I have to reload it and try again Could not find any Waves Plug-ins. Please install Waves Plug-ins in order to use Waveshell...I'll press ok and it'll load up one or two but then that pop-up will keep coming up and eventually adobe will freeze and shut down. Tell em we've reinstalled it a few times to different folders and we've had this issue with Adobe 1 and 3.0 but after going through these same processes it would eventually load everything and it'd all work, but it's not working for cs5.5

Sorry, we'll also need version numbers of the Waves plug-ins (e.g. 5.0, 5.5, etc), because there are a number of versions of those plugs that are (for a lack of a better word) unstable.   It may be easiest to give us a screenshot of the folder you're trying to scan as that can show the full names of the .dll files.

Also, did you get your issue resolved from this post: http://forums.adobe.com/message/3962860#3962860?
