Won't Record

It won't even let me click the record button on multi-track. I checked my microphones and everything is good. At times the record button will work but still doesn't record or show the sound waves.

You need to make sure that all of your audio settings in preferences are correct, and that an appropriate input is selected for the track you want to record on., and that the channel is Record-enabled (hit the R button). Only then will Audition record.
