I thought I posted this earlier but...

Is there a way to zoom to a specific resolution in at the playhead in Audition? I'd like to save a shortut fcor this.

Unfortunately not. Apart from using the mouse wheel or right clicking on the Timeline and selecting the area you want to zoom into you have to use multiple clicks of the keyboard shortcut key =. It would possibly make a useful feature request though.

Another way to do something similar is to use you mouse to select the area that you want to zoom to and then use Zoom to Selection (Shift+S) as a shortcut.

Thanks ryclark,

I was hopeful that I had missed something. It would be cool to be able to auto select 3 seconds on each side of the playhead and Shift-S that.

Don't see how to make this a suggestion to the Adobe crew?

Interesting, I couldn't find a link for what you mentioned on the Forums Home page, but I did come across Audition Feature Requests on the the Audition Learn & Support page, where you can start a new discussion (which I assume means a feature request).

It should be listed on the right under More Resources on the Audition CS5.5, CS6 & CC Forum page.

Odd they have two ways to do the same thing; I like the Audition Feature Requests way better as it both let's others weigh in and it let's me remember, track and update any responses. I have to assume they watch that forum closely, though I also submitted the request per your suggestion.

Thanks ryclark
