There should be a version of Audition for Linux

I hate Microsoft with a passion, they've bricked 2 laptops and cost me THOUSANDS trying to retrieve lost audio files (yes, yes, I should've backed up my computer, but I didn't because I was like 19 and stupid and the automatic updates that I turned off **shouldn't have gone through anyway, and an update shouldn't have broken my computer**) so I'm ditching them for Linux, but I love Audition and really hate to lose my favorite audio editing software. It would be sooooooooo so so cool if you guys could make a version that's Linux compatible, especially with the rise in Linux users that's happening these days.

I have no idea how likely that is (seems unlikely to me),  but, in the meantime,  Reaper is available for Linux.

How likely it would be depends on whether they could sell it to corporate users. All I can say is - don't hold your breath!
