I've tried searching on YouTube and couldn't find an Audition CS6-specific tutorial, to no avail. Hoping to find a simple step-by-step (effect-by-effect) tutorial or explanation on how to master for ACX settings (measure between -23 and -18 RMS, and peak no higher than -3). Thanks!

The closest we've got is what I wrote in this thread, and although it's not CS6-specific, that shouldn't matter because they don't have a requirement using more recent ways of specifying their requirements (aka LUFS):
