Audio inputs not appearing

Hi, we've recently updated our audio interface from the Focusrite Scarlett to the TASCAM US-4xhr so that we can host multiple guests on our podcast at once. However when I try to select the inputs in Audio Hardware only 2 appear and not 4! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You need to use the ASIO driver in Device Class if you want to record multiple different inputs simultaneously - the MME driver defaults to the Microsoft default - which is two inputs.

Thanks, the TASCAM is still not appearing in the device drop down even using ASIO, any ideas why?

Need to see screen-grabs of all of your hardware settings, really. In Audio Hardware, what devices actually show up if you select ASIO as the drive class? Any?

It just comes up with this. Sorry my Adobe Audition knowledge is very limited!

It doesn't look as though you've downloaded and installed the actual ASIO driver from Tascam specifically - that's what you need to do.
