Audition markierte Stelle in loop wiedergeben/ looping the marked part

Hallo!

Hey,

i need help with a very simple question.

I have an audio track, someone is talking. I want to delete some words. I mark the word i want to delete, and what i would like to know is, how can i play the marked part in loop, so that its possible to really check if i marked enough oder not too much.
I want the pointer go to the beginning of the marked part again, after it played it till the end.

I hope to make my question clear.

thank you

katharina

You can either set Audition to loop, or perhaps more usefully, you could try 'Skip Selection'. If you highlight the selection you want to remove, click the 'Skip Selection' button, and when you press play, it will play the part before your selection and jump immediately to the other side of it, so you can check continuity:

I've ringed the Skip Selection button - the Loop one is on the left of it. This will just cycle around the selection you've made when you hit play.
