Crash after choosing ASIO device

Hello,

I'm trying to record using ZYLIA ZM-1 (USB microphone array http://www.zylia.co/zylia-zm-1-microphone.html ) and Audition, but every time I try to choose ZM-1 ASIO driver in Audio Hardware, Audition crashes. Do you have any ideas how to fix this? I'm using Windows 10. Thanks in advance!

No, because we have no idea what caused the crash. Initially you need to do what it says here:

Audition Crashed. Now what?

  1. What were you doing when it crashed?
Changing Audio Hardware from MME to ASIO and choosing USB microphone ASIO driver
  2. What have you done since you last launched the application?
The same thing as above - results with another crash
  3. If it crashes with a plug-in or a file, supply information about the plug-in or file.
    no plugins
  4. Has anyone else experienced the crash?  Anyone else on the forums, or perhaps a friend that also owns Audition?
Yes, another user of the same device (ZYLIA ZM-1) also experience crashes after choosing this device
  5. Was there an error message?  Post a screenshot.

No error message, the application just freezes after I choose the ASIO driver or try to change the sampling rate

After the freeze, crash report screen appears. Recovery of the session works fine.

Did you do 6 as well? And have you asked Zylia about this? (although I don't hold out a lot of hope for that; manufacturers invariably blame anybody but themselves...)
