HELP ME! where is 'Session template folder'?

First, I'm not a native speaker,

so hope you understand my poor grammer skill

recently I installed Audition at D:drive

and after finish record, I just trying to mastering as usual.

but [Effect] doesn't work

with [Can't load Preset "Make room for Vocals"](as Korean so some words will be different) message

So I try to change direction from [Media and Disk Cache]->[Audition Session template]

but I can't find session template or session resource or Presets folder

I tried

[C>Document>Adobe>Audition>11.0]

[D>Adobe>Adobe Audition CC 2018>Plug-ins]

[C>User>AppData>Roaming>Adobe>Audition>11.0>Presets]

but none of them work

might be change Audition at D:drive cause the problem

but I can't find right folder, and can't use call center cuz it's 10:30 PM

You say as usual. So have you been able to find the Effect before? Which of Audition's Effects do you normally find the Preset 'Make room for vocals' in?

All the Effects presets are stored in the [C>User>AppData>Roaming>Adobe>Audition>11.0>EffectsPresets.xml] file. If you rename that to, say, EffectsPresets.bak Audition should recreate the default EffectsPresets file when you next open Audition.
