How to make a Dalek voice sound effect

So I'm thinking of making a bloopers section for a film, and for a scene I want to include a Dalek from Doctor Who as part of the bloopers, I'm not sure which sound distortion effects would make me sound like the Daleks from the episode Resolution, so I was wondering if anyone here knew what effects in audition could be used to recreate the Dalek voice from Resolution.

My computer somehow can run Audition on 2 GB of RAM.

For a sample of what I'm trying to achieve here's a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dqFz4BrrLn0&ab_channel=DoctorWho

A Google search for vst ring modulator will give you many options.

So I'm trying to make a Dalek voice on Adobe Audition, and someone suggested I use a Ring Modulator fed with a 30Hz Sine wave for Adobe Audition, which unfortunately they don't have, I tried downloading Gorgon but I don't think it works, does anyone know any links for downloading a Ring Modulator Plugin for Adobe Audition?

To make genuine original Daleks you need to use a ring modulator fed with a 30Hz sine wave as the modulating source. Audition doesn't have a ring modulator built in (because it's pretty much useless for anything other than Daleks), but there are a few plug-in ones around - like Gorgon.

Okay so I downloaded Gorgon but I'm not sure what to do next, it's a Compressed ZIP file, and I'm using a Windows, what do I do now? There's a install application program on there by the way.
