iZotope RX7 not working with Au2020?

I keep encountering an error with iZotope RX 7 that is keeping me from using the plug in's.  Other iZotope other plug in's are working fine just my RX 7 suite.  Any ideas?  just an example Ozone is working but RX isn't: 

According to the message boards here all my settings are what they should be from seeing other people getting the white screen.
