Menu Bar Missing

Hello, I have been using Audition with no problems.  Today, the menu bars and everything at the top is missing (minimize, fullscreen, exit).  The program won't do anything and I have to go to Windows task manager to close it.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled at the same thing happens.  I would appreciate any help.

You haven't said whether this is on a Mac or a PC. Without knowing that, the only obvious suggestion is (if it's a PC) to try opening the program with the Ctrl key held down. This will open it with 'Vanilla' preferences, and that might fix it. Other than that, it's a matter of deleting the Preferences folder completely and trying again. The folder will restore itself automatically.

Also, I did try opening in the vanilla mode and that didn't change anything.

Can you show us a screen-grab of what it actually looks like?

Thanks for your help.  The problem was actually with windows and the display scaling.  I had to change that and now the menu bar fits in.
