Quick way to transpose a song down to a lower key using Audition

I have a song (background tracks only (no vocals)) that I'd love to have in a lower key. It's for a production and the singers need it in a lower key as its just out of their comfortable range. Is there any way to do this easily using Audition that will leave the song sounding good and not hopefully not like it was digitally altered?  Thanks!

If you just want it a tone or so lower, then simply using pitch shift should be fine. If you went any further than that though, the results might be 'interesting'... but for a tone, you should be able to do a pitch shift without altering the tempo without any difficulty, especially as there's no vocal.

The control Steve refers to is under Effects/Time and Pitch/Stretch and Pitch (process).

As Steve says, for fairly small shifts it works well, particularly on instrumentals only.  However, the more you try to do, the more artificial it can sound
