Screen Resolution for Adobe Audition will 1366 x 768 Laptop Work?

I am looking at buying a Laptop for use with Adobe Audition.  However, the spec sheet for audition lists a requirement of 1920x1080 or higher Resolution requirement.  Is this actually required or just a recommendation?  The 15" screens the laptops I am looking at only support a maximum of 1366 x 768 resolution. 

Will 1366 x 768 be high enough to run audition?  Also, will a budget Intel Celeron N3350 dual-core processor 1.10GHz (with Max Turbo Speed of 2.40GHz) and 8 GB's of RAM be sufficient to run Audition too?  This will be under Windows 10.

    It runs fine on the laptop this is being composed on - which has a 1366x768 resolution, but it's a lot easier to use on the monitor that's plugged into it as a secondary - which is 1920x1080. So yes it works, but it's a little bit frustrating in terms of real-estate to use it for long like this, I find - opening a lot of process tabs takes up a lot of it.

    As for the processor - that's not too much of a limitation, I'd say, although you might not want to try running massive multitrack sessions with it, with loads of effects unless you're prepared to do a lot of pre-rendering first. The processor isn't specified, as Audition will run - up to a point - on any machine that will run Windows 10 sensibly. Get a large HD with it though, and possibly be prepared to save files on an external drive if you don't, but this depends entirely on what you're using it for.

    FWIW, this HP laptop has an Intel i7 processor running at 2.6Gb, with 8Gb RAM and a 750Gb HD. I don't do any commercial audio work on it, but at a pinch I could if I needed to for any reason.

    I had the same question to be honest.  But I'm only using it for a podcast.  Not a lot of effects.  Just 3 tracks.
