Hi,
I'm working on a mac (most recent OS) and using the most recent adobe audition.
Got a real puzzle here for anyone who can help. How do I share effects rack presets with a coworker? I know, crazy idea right? I'm assuming it isn't that hard and shouldn't involve say: saving an effects .xml and overwriting my coworker's effects file. So from what I've read i own't be able to just export these settings out into nice files onto a flash drive and simply give it to them to apply to their own app. It's not really clear from adobe either. There doesn't seem to be any documentation on how to do this. Hm.
And no, the adobe folder in my preferences folder is not there.

If you go to Help>Reveal Log Files and then go up one level, you should find the folder with the appropriate files in (EffectPresets.xml) - it's probably hidden from 'normal' access. Used to be the case that you could just pick up the file and dump it onto the desktop icon for Audition, and they'd import, but since the introduction of .xml files, I don't think this happens any more - you just have to replace the existing file with your one.
