Just decided to try Adobe audition. It starts fine but when i open an mp3 file the screen where the waveform appears and the playback controls become fuzzy - as if they are not being completely drawn on the screen. It clears up after the file loads but then 'noisy' again when i manipulate the file.

Win10 on a 4930 6 core cpu

32 gig ram

nvidia titan x

Here is an example of the editor panel all messed up

And here is another example after I highlight a clip

The editor becomes 'normal' if I resize the window and stays normal as long as i do not click anywhere in the panel. but the minute i click anywhere in the panel i get this nastiness.

Firstly, make sure that your video driver is up to date. If it still happens, go to Edit>Preferences>General and if there's a check in the 'Use hardware acceleration for drawing (restart required)' box then take it out and try again. If there isn't a check in in the box, put one in and try again. So far, one of these options has cured every case we've come across.
