Holy crap. Could they make it any more difficult to get support? I've gone around in circles for 20 minutes now and I'm tired of jumping through Adobe hoops to get some service.
I have a simple question about Bridge. Do they not support Bridge anymore? I can't find any. There's nothing that pisses me off more than clicking on "Contact Support" and just getting another set of questions and being forced down a limited selection of potential trouble shooting avenues when none of them apply to my question and none of them lead to direct contact.
I give up.
If Adobe cares about hanging onto to this customer the best try to contact me.
