Add keyword button is missing

How do i get the add keyword (+) button to show up on the keyword panel. It's nowhere i can find it.

Do you have the search box or any other buttons at the bottom of the Keyword panel?

Try dragging the panel border to make it wider.

The buttons shouldn't just disspear like that. Maybe a "..." would be helpful.
