Hi Rodrigo,

Please try resetting the preferences of bridge: -

Start Adobe Bridge and immediately press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) until the Reset Settings dialog box appears. Select all three options--Reset Preferences, Reset Standard Workspaces, and Purge Entire Thumbnail Cache--and then click OK.

Regards,

Sahil

I am using a pc, and bridge is hundreds of times slower than windows explorer.  In explorer, view setting on large icons, all files appear immediately, thumbnails generate immediately as I watch.  Adobe Bridge - I open two folders, then one subfolder, and have to wait 60 - 300 seconds for bridge to catch up and even begin displaying file icons, thumbnails take hundreds of times longer.  Why is windows explorer so much faster than bridge?  People tell me bridge is a dinosaur, and that nobody uses this anymore.  I love the interface, but most often skip it as it does nothing more than impede my workflow...  Very sad...  Your algorithm cannot even begin to compete with windows explorer, and this is an image browsing program???  Get on it Adobe...  This is just silly...
