Adobe photo downloader does not detect camera

New Here ,
Sep 14, 2017 Sep 14, 2017

Adobe photo downloader does not detect camera since upgrade to mac os sierra.

So whether it is the pictures from my camera (canon 1100) or from iPhone, I'm not able to download them.

Can someone suggest something? (I tried the fixes proposed in other threads like purging the cache, i tried downloading the latest version of Bridge - but nothing has worked so far)

Thx in advance!

Hi violaine,

May I know which version of Bridge are you using?

I assume that you've already gone through the suggestions listed in  Adobe Bridge Photo Downloader does not recognize some devices on Mac OS 10.11 (El Capitan)

However, I'll recommend you to take a look at this article Download photos from your camera device using Adobe Bridge CC Photo Downloader to make sure that the requirements are fulfilled.

Feel free to update this discussion with the outcome anytime.

Thanks,

Akash
