All TIFFS are no longer seen in preview for Bridge 2023

I just posted recently and now none of my TIFFS are showing up in Adobe Bridge preview.  I tried all the tips I have read here and nothing seems to work.  I even uninstalled and downloaded an earlier version but nothing has worked.  It only worked the first day I installed it then has been a problem ever since.  PLEASE HELP!!
