Asignación de palabras clave por lotes

Hola.

Gracias!!

Hi, @guiTomares, good news, bad news.

First off, congrats on digitizing your family. I've done similar with about the same number of photos. It's a great feeling of accomplishment.

Facial Recognition, keywords, etc. I do not recommend that for that number of photos. If you were dealing with up to a hundred, sure. But you need more assistance than that. If you have one of the Photography plans, do you also have Lightroom Classic? One of the features they have there is facial recognition. You have to teach the program who's who, and in the beginning, it can be amazingly stupid (e.g., suggesting that someone with a beard is a woman). But, after a reasonable amount of time, not only does it start to get accurate, it can start to recognize folks of different ages. It is truly amazing.

Plus, to be frank, LRC is much better with keywords than Bridge is.

One thing I'd suggest is that if you choose to do this, start with (say) a hundred images. That way, as you learn how to use LRC, you'll have fewer images to deal with if you make a mistake. The biggest mistake that most people make (don't ask me how I know :>)) is to move or rename folders or images OUTSIDE of LRC. Because LRC is ACR with a database, everything you do outside of LRC (in the Finder or Explorer), LRC doesn't know about. So, for example, if you move a folder to a different location using the Finder or Explorer, LRC will not know where the images are now located. You can fix this, but it's easier not to have the problem in the first place. It's important that you rename or move files/folder within LRC.

Good luck!
