There are a lot of great videos on YouTube, one of my favorites is by Elaine Giles. It's a 1 hour video but very good. Although, it's on a rather old version, and if that can be a problem, you can try with Heather Protz or John Whitehead Images channel.

 

Much likely you will find lessons from Terry White too on YouTube.

 

I am sure other people will offer more inspiration.
