I have a Drobo 5N, the share is mounted, drive letter is assigned. I've updated Bridge, the Drobo, my OS has the latest and greatest, yet Bridge does not see the drive. Bridge is set to run as administrator. I am on Windows 10. The OS can interact with the drive with no issues. What else can I try?

Figured it out. Having Bridge set to Run As Administrator in Windows prevents it from seeing the Drobo. I had Bridge set to run this way because in order to run Droplets when exporting from Lightroom, all the connected apps (LR, the Droplet itself, and Photoshop) need to have this permission set. Hopefully this helps someone!
