Bridge 2023 -External Drive - Move instead of Copy from Finder

Enthusiast ,
Oct 25, 2022 Oct 25, 2022

Hello,

I dragged a file from a finder window located on an external hard drive to a folder in my main HD opened in Bridge window and it was moved instead of being automatically copied as it should.

I believe this is bug.

Hi, Bridge team. Sorry, this issue has not been fixed. I am on 14.1.2.300 and the bug is still there. When I Option click (green + for copy is visible) the file is moved from Bridge to Finder (not copied as it should be). It works the other way though. When Option is clicked and file is dragged from Finder to Bridge, the original file stays in Finder.
