Bridge 2023 panels WAYYYY too long

Why are the file info panels so long? I have a sentence in a descrition field and the panel runs all the way down the screen. I drag it up but the next time I am doing this the panel defaults to being really long. All panels do this. I want it to auto adjust to the amount of text I have in each panel, not default to a mile long field.

I am going back to the olf version. This is a productivity killer.

Here is what happens every time I want to edit in the file info panel. The panel is gigantic. The old version simply adjusted to the amount of text.

Here is what the old version of Bridge looks like when you right click a file to add metadat, titles, etc.  The new 2023 version does not do this.

This has to be fixed! I am using these panels a lot but I am sure that there are people who use them way more and it takes just too much time scroll around in these gigantic space. It is nice that one can no write a whole novel into the description area - but most likely, users will write one or two sentences! In the old version, it was just fine!
