Bridge 2023 Photo Downloader "No Valid Files Found"

Hi -

Operating on Mac OS 12.6, I upgraded to Bridge 2023 and I am no longer able to download photos via Bridge Photo Downloader. When I select "Get Photos from Camera, it recognized my iPhone, but states "No Valid Files Found".

Up until this upghrade, I could use the "Get Photos from Device", which worked perfectly. Now, that menu line item is no longer an option (unless it moved and I cannot find it).

Any assistance would be appreciated.

zmale ... did you get an answer to this question? I have the same issue. I'm using Monterey OS on iMac and prior to 2023 upgrade could covert to DNG no problem directly from the SD card.
