Bridge 2024 not generating thumbnails or previews for all images

I have only encountered this issue since Bridge was updated to 2024

Now when I go in to my image folders some are fine and have all thumbnails and previews present, some folders have them for some of the images and other folders have none at all - how do I get these back?

I have tried resetting brdige compeltely and deleting the cache, but it has made absolutely no difference - when I go back to the folders that had the issues they are in exactly the same state.

When I veiw the folders in Windows Explorer there are no issues with seeing all the images.

I have been having the same issue. i can see my folders but click on a folder and no images preview. I have to go back to Bridge 2022 to get Bridge to work. Using mac with latest upgrade.

To further investigate the issue, could you help provide below information : 

1. System details : OS, RAM, CPU

2. Location of the folders which specifically show the issue. Are these on network drives?

3. Could you share the cache size preference which is set in Bridge preferences dialog as below?

I have resolved the issue - the files were in fact WEBP files with a JPG extension - once I converted them all the thumbnails and previews were generating properly.

Having the same problem as reported by others Bridge either 2024 or 2025 will not generate previews.  Using MacBook Pro, Apple M1Max chip, macOS Sequoia version 15.0.1, 64 GB Ram, Folder is on C drive on laptop, Camera Raw Cache 100.0 GB (Adobe Bridge 2025)

Thank you for the upvote.  I was able to resolve the issue of previews not be generated by changing the "Workspace" to "My Workspace".  I do not recall what it was set to prior to changing back to "My Workspace"; however, it seemed to have changed during the Bridge upate.
