Bridge can not open RAW File in Camera RAW

when I want to open a RAW file in "Bridge", I get the following error message: Camera Raw processing is not enabled. Camera Raw editing is only possible if an authorized product has been licensed before.

When I double click on the RAW file, then open the internal Bridge Camera RAW. Then everything works normally. But I can then only edit one file at a time. And when I want to copy the edit settings, I also get the same error message.

I have already uninstalled and installed Photoshop as well as Bridge. And the Creative Cloud is also properly licensed. We pay monthly. Does anyone have any idea what is causing me to be limited?
