Bridge crashes

Hi, I don’t understand what is happening, every time I open Bridge, it crashes!

The first time that happened appeared a window that provides a text… something about the bridge’s cache. So I tried to clear the cache and then I updated Bridge but it’s still not working.

Seriously, what do I do? It’s very urgent, I can’t work…
