bridge free ,can i install without free subscription ?

i'm trying to convice a friend to install bridge 11

is there a way to install bridge 11 or older without a free subscription 

my friend does use other software , capture one

but i would like she could try and use it without creating a subscription  (she doesn't want to create any account )

You cannot use Bridge without being signed in to either a free or paid account.
