Bridge Stacks / Groups Don't Stay

I have had this problem for awhile and am now running CC 2017 and I just organized a lot of files by grouping them and naming them and then as soon as I come back to the folder, its all undone. It also does not stay consistent from my work computer to home. This is super time consuming and a very big issue. Please help.

We have released a new version of Adobe Bridge (CC 2018) in Oct 2017 with multiple new features and improvements including Stacks.

This version is available to download and install via Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Application.

this magicval ungrouping (all by itself) is stil occurring even in Bridge 2023 

It is unpredictable and random.Inside a folder where many files are grouped I will  discover a lower bunch will suddenly be ungrouped
