Bridge White Titlebar - Why??

I just updated to a fresh clean install of Windows 11 and installed the latest Adobe CC apps.  The OS is set to Dark.  Bridge and all Adobe apps are set to Dark.  For some reason Bridge maintains a white title bar (see attached screen capture) and it's super distracting and not working as it should.  Note that this is the only app and only window that behaves like this.  Every other application window and explorer window is dark as it should be.  Anyone else experiencing this?  Does anyone have  a fix for this?  Note that the white title bar is persistent regardless of whether Bridge is active or inactive.

Bridge against the Creative Cloud App... Adobe fix this asap please so that your UI is updated and matches with our Windows 11 system UI.
