Tenho tudo instalado, com licença e atualizado.

Esta versão 13 só dá problemas, no início não abria o Camera Raw, depois com a atualização 13.2 começou a funcionar e agora dá novamente o mesmo erro.

É desesperante.

O PC é o mesmo e informação que tenho é que está adequado

What do you see when you check the Adobe Camera Raw preferences? (Edit>Camera Raw preferences)

Same version? Nothing weird going on?
Does ACR opens correctly in Photoshop?

Most importantly, did it happen after you updated Photoshop or Bridge?
As a test, can you Close Bridge, Launch Photoshop, and then and only then, Launch Bridge and test the ACR using Bridge but with both software open.

Com Ph não há problema nenhum

não abre sequer as Camera Raw Preferences

Try purging the cache in Bridge preferences

In fact you can click on all 3 buttons, it won't hurt. And see if it works after that.

Sim já tinha limpo a cache nos 3 botões.

E já experimentei abrie 1º o PS
