Cannot export to PNG format from Bridge: "Unsupported format" error message

Does anyone know why I get an "Unsupported Format" when trying to export a PNG using a Adobe Illustrator file by drag-n-drop on a Custom Preset? It works fine when created a custom preset for a JPG. Would love if anyone has a fix for this. Thanks in advance.

I am able to confirm this with both Illustrator and pdf files. Adobe engineering would need to look at this.

Same here, exporting to PNG from Illustrator Files doesn't work in Bridge.

Adobe sucks. No fix yet for this issue yet and to add insult to injury, they jacked my subscrition cost up. White collar criminals...LOL
