Cant rate Jpegs

Hey, Thats super strange but Im having trouble rating my Jpegs on Bridge. CR2 no problem but for Jpegs I need to press longer or more than once to get a rating on the file. Any ideas on why thats happenning?

I will say that it happened after I installed the last update og Bridge but wanted to use the old version.

I now uninstalled the new version.

Hi Dadi,

I'm not sure I understand from your question but are you having rating issues with the current or previous version of Bridge?

Either way, let's try two different things to see if this can be resolved:

First: Refresh your cache. 

Go into your Tools (menu) -> Cache -> Manage Cache ... and you'll get a window popping up:

Select the button (in the red rectangle), click "Next" and follow along.

Does the problem go away?

If not than rebuild your Bridge's Preferences:

Rebuild Bringe’s Prefs

“You need to rebuild Bridge’s Preferences. Here’s how:  When launching Bridge, Command-Option (Mac)/Control-Alt (Win) + Shift to choose “Reset Preferences”, Purge Entire Thumbnail Cache”, and/or Reset Standard Workspaces.” In your case, chose "Reset Preferences."

If the problem still persists than let us know.
