Creative Cloud not loading properly

Community Beginner ,

Have been with three techs and the issue seems to have gotten worse.   Initial problem was with Bridge adding 3 key words to all my images from a 3-4 year photoshoot.   After working with remote support, the last tech says that Creative Cloud is not working properly.  It shows my account and that my applications are up to date, BUT, PS CC, Bridge all show install on them.    Any image I open (RAW - NEF, DNG, JPEG) immediately  open to PS even though Camera Raw is checked in preferences.  DNG files that go to PS  result in a window that says the format is not supported.   I have a Nikon Z9 and know that HE is not supported but I was working with images from PhotoMechanic into Bridge.   Now nothing works.

Tech reinstalled Creative Cloud, PS and Bridge.    I called Apple and we tried to use Time Machine - but that did not work as the applications are being pulled from Adobe CC from latest version so it appears I can't go back to a day where I had a working albeit faulty Bridge.   Now PS CC isnt' working

Any suggestions?????   Have two photoshoots today and tomorrow - Need HELP ASAP

1.   First problem was Bridge kept loading 3 keywords from 3-4 years ago on every image that I uploaded

2.   After the tech worked remotely on Bridge, Camera Raw disappeared and PS CC started acting up.   All images defaulted immediately to PS CC, but PS CC would not read DNGs any longer let alone NEFS.  Camera Raw as a filter no longer appeared in PS.  All my star ratings for my entire library regardless of year disappeared.   All my plugins, filters, actions disappeared.

3.    Creative Cloud ind

3.    Creative Cloud indicated I had not uploaded any of the photo applications (PS, Bridge or Lightroom).

However, I am happy to report that after three hours with a second line Adobe Tech, most of the issues have been resolved.   He said that there was a broken link between CC and all the photo apps so nothing worked.   He was finally able to restore the link.   Now in the process or checking all my filters, plug-ins.   He was able to move many back into the newly reloaded PS and Bridge from copies of PS and Bridge that I had not deleted, e.g., PS 2021, 2020, 2019.   Now in clean-up mode because everything was put back to default.

Lesson learned:  if CC looks weird indicating photo apps need to be installed, likely to be a broken link.   I don't think I could have fixed it because one of the earlier techs had downloaded a new copy of CC.   The last tech had to do some clean-up and other things that I couldn't follow in the Mac library for Adobe.

This can be closed - but not  sure how to do that.

Thanks
