DXV3 Thumbnail

Suddenly, Adobe Bridge stopped showing me a thumbnail for some of the videos.

Last month, Adobe Bridge did show a thumbnail for videos, so I don't understand what suddenly changed.
I work with DXV3

I would appreciate help with this frustrating issue

Bump!!! We really need this. There arent many other organizing programs that can read them. Can't be that hard of a workaround?
