Export is resizing incorrectly

I am consistently having Bridge resize images on Custom Export even when I set the scaling to 100% and incorrectly sizing images when I specify Fit to Long Edge. They are all shrinking down to about 5% with almost every image going to 252x189pixels when the originals are 

Original Files are HEIC (iPhone) and exporting to Jpeg quality 10. 

Anyone know what I could possibly be doing wrong?

Thanks for the heads up!  I don't have a lot of time during my work day to test out beta versions so I'll wait for the full release instead.
