Exporting from Jpg2000 to TIFF gives error unsupported format

When I try to batch export Jpg2000 images to Tiff I get an error message "unsupported format" in Adobe Bridge. If I batch export to JPG it gives me no error and the conversion goes fine. Is this a bug?
