Exposure times display is broken

Neither previous versions nor 13.0.0.562 display camera exposure times correctly in the "Filter"panel.

 

Metadata that includes a mix of fractional and decimal times (norm with Canon) is disordered in three ways.

1. It is not ordered properly overall by increasing/decreasing exposure, 2.0 seconds comes after 1/640th, but 1.6 sec comes after 1/4th

2. Decimal value exposures increase downward, fractional increase upward.

3. Decimal values are broken into two groups, bookending the fractional values.

 

When you have a lot of files with a wide variety of exposures, this is a major problem. Pardon the dodgy graphics, it's not my forte:
