File visual duplicates - not file duplicates

Community Beginner ,

Please see image. I am running Bridge 14.0.2.191 with no updates available.

Everytime I download a new file, create a new folder, or add anything new to my downloads folder while viewing in Bridge, it shows multiple copies of the same file.

If I click out of downloads via a favorite and click back in, these duplicates disappear.

They are not file duplicates - there is only one file that exists. It is just a visual glitch.

In the image, you can see 7 pipeline folders. In actuality, there is only 1.  Showing are 4 2024 OLG Randall redo; in actuality, there is only 1.

Please advise?bridge visual dupe.jpgexpand image

I have a hunch that this might be related to another recently found bug. At this point, I suggest you refresh the page as you have done. You can also click in the Path bar one step and then back to the folder in question.

I'd also suggest that you go to Tools (menu) -> Cache -> Purge cache for xx folder. Does that help as well?

Sorry for the problem and thanks for posting.

I appreciate your reply.

I cleared the cache without a duplicate view of files; it made three copies of all files & folders in there after completing cache clear. How unusual!
I've had this issue for a few months; it's trivial, but I've found no answers.

Do you use a cloud service like Dropbox?

Yes.
My downloads folder is not tied to my dropbox.

The folders tied to dropbox are not affected.
