Participant ,

Hi guys!

I use a Windows 10 laptop and today received this error message (screenshot enclosed) when I opened Adobe Bridge. I updated the display driver, but got the message again. Can you advise please?

Regards,

Fergal.

Hi Fergal,

Thanks for reaching out.

Which version of ridge and operating system are you using? When are you getting these error messages?

After updating the drivers, did you re-install the application?

We're here to help, just need some info.

Regards,

Ranjisha

Thanks for that.
I don’t know what version I was using yesterday, but tonight I reinstalled
Bridge CC and still got the message. I’m using Windows 10. I get the
message when I open Bridge.

Regards,

Fergal.

LATEST

I started having the same problem a while ago. It's an Win 10 on an ASUS ROG laptop with NVIDIA RTX 2060. The issue keeps repeating. The version of Bridge is always the latest as it keeps updating as soon as there's a new version, so don't see the relevance of that, the problem remains. If the folder I am opening is with more complex files (the very reason I'm using Bridge), 9/10 it's going to crash with the same message as OP's.
