Bridge 2023 has been a disaster for me, I need to go back to the 2022 release so I can get some work done. I've read I can do that from my products page, but it says I have no products, and it wants serial numbers to register them. I have the creative cloud photography plan, which as far as I know has no serial numbers.
Does anyone know how to downgrade Bridge to an older version?
Go to the ACC application.
Select the All Apps tab
Find Bridge
On the far right, you'll see an ellipse, click on that
Select Other Versions.

@gary_sc Good to know, I think what is left then is to file a bug report?
so I would direct the users experiencing this to go to:
https://adobe.allegiancetech.com/cgi-bin/qwebcorporate.dll?idx=XFPJT8
The more people pile in, the more it has chances of succeeding!
Sorry we couldn't help!

Same with me. I have been following this thread and been in the same ordeal as you. I give up.

As a after thought I wonder if it may be because I and others have Bridge 13 already installed and therefore ACC thinks by default that we don't need older versions and therefore skips that option. Should we uninstall Br13 before? What do you think?

Hi, @Saint.112. No, that's definitely not it. Be sure that you're in the All Apps tab
Then mouse-down on the ellipses
Then select the version you want/need.
Let us know if this works

I have almost the same issue as hdimaging.
In Preferences, I also don't have a "Show Older Apps" option:
But in the "All apps" screen, some apps DO have ellipses (e.g. Behance and Aero) but Bridge doesn't:
Any other ideas how we can get older versions of Bridge?

As far as any of us are aware, you can't.
Maybe its time to go public on social media and complain to the Adobe board of director level, can't hurt anyway.

For older versions of Adobe Software, go to Pro Design Tools (https://prodesigntools.com/). On the right hand side, a short way down, look for this:
That should help you.

I have been using Bridge 2020. It has gotten baulky so I thought I would uninstall, which I did, and reinstall. I have been following this thread. Here are my computer specs:
After opening the CC app on my computer I get thisand am not finding a way to get to Other versions.:

That is because your system OS (High Sierra) is too old. Please see: https://helpx.adobe.com/bridge/system-requirements/2023.html
Adobe only ensures their software will work with three generations of an OS and yours is just out of that range. If you can update your OS to version 11, you should be OK, however, it can be tricky to get old OSs from Apple. It can be done, but it does require a bit of digging.
Good luck!

I'm in the same pickle. Did you ever find a solution or did you have to upgrade your computer?
