I cannot get the mp4 videos I downloaded from my google Pixel 6 pro phone to show or play in bridge. I can click on the file in my regular file folder and the video plays fine. But when trying to play in Bridge I get an error "2041 an invalid sample description was found in the movie (PXL_20220607_193537326.TS,mp4)". I tried changing the name of the file with an mp4 extension and this did not help.
It does play in my cyberlink power director movie program. It does not seem to be recognized in my Photodex slide show producer program. My intent is to make a slide show, which will include movie clips, of a trip I just came back from.
