I’m having trouble with Bridge/Photoshop

I’m having trouble with Bridge/Photoshop. After I finished working on a batch of images in Bridge, I then go to the menu to “process” - Tools Tab>Photoshop>Image Processor.

At this point it doesn’t process the images but takes me to the Adobe Cloud app that gives me a message that reads, “Install latest version of Photoshop”. When I look at the Adobe Cloud app It reads“Up to date”. Can anyone help me with this issue? Thank you!

This typically happens when mixing versions, say Bridge 2022 and Photoshop 2023.
