Multiple file automatic saving

Hi there dear photoshop / bridge community!!!

I will explain the drama so I can ask for help:

 

I have about 500 sets of high res photos ( 3 views for each SKU) eg: mt0001-M1 ---> mt0500-M1

I need to create duplicates ( low res versions) for each file. eg:

 

mt0001-M1

--->Hi res
--->retail1
    --->mt001-M1-1.png (1500x1500@240dpi)
    --->mt001-M1-2.png (1500x1500@240dpi)
    --->mt001-M1-3.png (1500x1500@240dpi)

--->retail2
    --->mt001-M1-1.png (2600x2300@300dpi)
    --->mt001-M1-2.png (2600x2300@300dpi)
    --->mt001-M1-3.png (2600x2300@300dpi)
--->retail3
    --->mt001-M1-1.png (3900x2300 @Deleted User)
    --->mt001-M1-2.png (3900x2300 @Deleted User)
    --->mt001-M1-3.png (3900x2300 @Deleted User)

how can I automate it??????
Im really LOST on this.
Ive been trying LR for it but I can not do it.

 

Any inputs on this?
