Photo downloader in Bridge doesn’t work.

WIN 11 Pro. All Adobe apps up to date. Message appeared that MSVCP100.dll was missing. I installed that file using the link provided.

the file was x64:vc_redist.x64.exe

Photo downloader still doesn't work.

My version of Bridge is 13.0.3.693.

I haven't resinstalled Bridge.

I did download the appropriate C++ files for my system.

Hi, you need to install the x86 and x64 Visual Studio 2010 redistributables

It was the only one which had the 2 files neccasary in it.

I have a question tho. Why would these 2010 files be suitable/useable for my system in 2023?
Hasnt Microsoft updated these essential files for this present year?

Having been up to date with all the C++ files from 2012 - 2023 , I found that the file MSVCP100.dll was still missing and found if you install the 2010 it was there!

I don't know why windows update did not install this update
