Photo Downloader with CF Express Card

Since I got my Canon R5 and tried to download the CF Express Card, I found that both Photo Downloader Bridge 2020 and 2021 do not see this card and I am force to download directly from the card. Adobe told me they are working on this in April and it is now late August and they told me the same thing. LR sees this card just fine. It is a Lexar Professional CF Express Card but don't think that matters. Any suggestions on how to get Adobe to address.

Hi there,

Could you please let us now which operating system and the version of Bridge you're working on?
Have you tried updading Bridge and see if that helps?

Having known about this problem for at least a year, for the money we are paying you would think there would be a fix by now.
