Hi,

Can you try double clicking any photo, and that would open the photo in default application associated with it.

To change the application association with a file type, you can sue the "File Type Association" preference in Bridge's Preferences dialog.

Thanks,

Deepak Gupta

Correct - it is however in a way amusing that the PS files were left to be opened with PS24 while many others (not PS) I looked at were turned to be opened with PS25.... 🥹 ... well done.

I need to add that I've lost (almost) all settings, for example, I cannot adjust the brush size and opacity from the keyboard anymore. Very nice, as I now need to dive in to all those settings (I've already forgotten)....

As to those keyboard shortcuts, they are now functioning, after a couple of restarts of my MBP. No problem anymore!

Bridge is a browser… You need to select images in Bridge in order to interact with them using some menu commands, such as open.

Correct! My messages appear obscure to me, too. - The problem was that after the update to the latest PS, my PS files were not opened from Bridge, as they appeared to be linked to PS24. Now, after a few Finder adjustments those files do open!
